Full Job Description Job Summary & Responsibilities:

Firehouse Subs at Merry Corners in Pike Road, Alabama is looking for friendly, reliable Team Members to join our crew. We're currently hiring especially for daytime and afternoon/night shifts. Team Members help prepare our quality subs, serve guests with a great attitude, and keep the restaurant running smoothly. New employees begin training on one station (such as cashier or sandwich maker) and are later cross-trained in all positions. In this role, you will: Greet guests warmly and ensure an excellent customer experience Prepare sandwiches quickly, accurately, and with care Work the register, take orders, and handle payments Keep all work areas clean, stocked, and organized Support other team members and communicate clearly Follow all safety and sanitation procedures Assist with tasks like cleaning or stocking as needed Participate in Firehouse Subs® Public Safety Foundation fundraising efforts

Job Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Friendly and professional communication skills Strong customer service focus Quick learner and comfortable using a POS/computer Team-oriented and dependable Able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be available for day and afternoon shifts, including some weekends Previous restaurant or retail experience is helpful but not required
