This role is vital in delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing sales with precision, and maintaining a lively, organized environment. Whether processing payments or assisting guests with wristbands, your enthusiasm will contribute to memorable moments for all attendees. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process ticket sales, merchandise, and food/beverage transactions accurately Distribute wristbands efficiently to ensure proper access control and security Manage cash register operations, including handling cash, credit card payments, and providing change Maintain a clean and organized checkout area while adhering to safety protocols Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate guest flow and address any issues promptly Assist with guest inquiries regarding event details, venue amenities, or directions using strong communication skills Experience Previous host/hostess experience or background in food service is highly desirable Proven customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Experience working with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS preferred Strong communication skills and phone etiquette to effectively interact with guests and team members Background in restaurant or hospitality environments is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with guest relations and serving procedures Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure Experience in hotel or guest services can be beneficial for understanding guest needs and providing exceptional support
