QUALIFICATIONS AND DUTIES

Provide exceptional guest service to both external and internal guests by maintaining and exhibiting the

We-Ko-Pa Way:

Smile and Greet, Name and Meet, Thank you and Goodbye. Serve customers and receive cash or credit in payment for goods purchased. Responsible for the efficient and accurate operation of the cash register. Accurate in receiving money and giving change to customers. Responsible for stocking and keeping the store clean. Must be willing to work varied shifts, holidays, and/or weekends. Cash variances are to be kept to an absolute minimum. Must be knowledgeable of cash reporting techniques. Must be able to fill propane tanks. Perform other duties as assigned or required. Must pass a basic math test. Must have a current AZ driver's license. Must pass a pre-employment drug test. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and push or pull 100 pounds. Must be 21 or older.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum 6 months of cash handling experience required. Knowledge of basic arithmetic is required.
