RESPONSIBILITIES OF A CHILD WATCH ATTENDANT

Lead children through fun interactive activates such as arts & crafts, gym games and so much more. Create positive lasting memories for each child, each day. This is not an exhaustive list of job duties. Other duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned.

REQUIREMENTS TO BE A CHILD WATCH ATTENDANT

: 15 years of age or older. Demonstrated ability to provide childcare. 6 months or more work experience preferred. Ability to relate to, supervise, and provide age-appropriate activities to children, ages 1 month to 6 years. Possesses mature judgment and sound decision-making. Ability to communicate effectively with members, peers, and supervisor. Ability to effectively communicate information on YMCA membership and programs. Ability to respond to safety and emergency situations.
