As a member of our team, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble poke bowls according to customer specifications, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and dining areas. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering any questions about menu items. Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries, stocking supplies, and minimizing waste. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment. Skills Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques is preferred but not required; training will be provided. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to food service and customer engagement. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
