Cashier/Clerk

Texaco Express Mini Mart in Tusayan, AZ is seeking an experienced Cashier/Clerk to join our team What we offer:

• Greets and acknowledges guests, answer questions and provide excellent customer service
• Handling cash and debit/credit transactions
• Accurate use of POS system and counting change
• Replenish and stock on the shelves Physical requirements include:
• Ability to stand for entire length of shift, bending, reaching, and climbing on step ladder
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Visual acuity to distinguish merchandise and operate point of sale systems
• Ability to handle both cold and hot temperatures

Qualifications:

• Previous convenience, retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Good communication skills, ability to communicate with customers and co-workers
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability
