As the front-line ambassador of our store, you will lead the cashier team with enthusiasm, ensuring smooth checkout training while providing exceptional customer service. Your leadership will help create a welcoming environment where customers feel valued and appreciated. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills, demonstrate scheduling skills, and contribute to the overall success of our retail operations. Duties Train and update cashier staff to ensure efficient and accurate checkout processes using POS (Point of Sale) systems Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive shopping experience Educate customers about new or featured items, encouraging engagement and sales Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision and integrity Assist with merchandising, stocking shelves, and organizing displays to optimize store presentation Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending relevant items to boost sales Maintain phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors, ensuring professionalism at all times Responsible for volunteer and cashier schedules to ensure the store's success.
