Responsibilities Prepare and assemble a variety of fresh pizzas, following established recipes and food safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and efficiently Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and upsell menu items to enhance sales and customer satisfaction Handle cash transactions, perform cash handling duties, and give correct change using basic math skills Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, food prep stations, and dining space in accordance with health regulations Assist with food handling tasks including baking, topping, and packaging pizzas for dine-in or takeout orders Support food service operations by bussing tables, managing food delivery to customers, and ensuring quick service in a fast-food setting Skills Proven experience in food preparation and kitchen operations within a quick service or fast-food restaurant environment Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient cashiering Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work effectively in a retail or café setting with a focus on serving customers promptly Basic math skills for cash handling, grocery store transactions, and retail math calculations Join us if you're passionate about crafting tasty pizzas while providing top-tier customer service!
