Kitchen Staff/Cashier

About us We are not looking for seasonal/summer employees at the moment. Only long term(1 year) will be accepted. Teavoli Boba is a small business in Dublin, CA. We are family owned business and our goal is to provide high-quality tea, great tasting boba, and great snacks to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on preferences
• Prepare and serve food items such as pastries, fried items, and meals
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning coffee machines, utensils, and seating areas
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt service and addressing any issues or complaints

Requirements:

• Knowledge of retail math for cash handling and transactions
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy periods
• Familiarity with food preparation and handling procedures in the food industry
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for measuring ingredients and adjusting recipes
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in beverage preparation and order fulfillment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and willingness to follow proper hygiene practices
