Sizzling Lunch in Fremont, CA is looking for a front-of-the-house shift lead to join our family. Able to work 15 - 25 Hours per week!

Skills Required:

Able to maintain calm and collected in any tough situation Able to make quick decisions Able to maintain standing for at least 5+ hours Microsoft Word, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Survey, Groupme Ability to network and communicate with all sorts of personalities and behaviors

Expectations and Responsibilities:

Full menu knowledge Full POS Knowledge Onboard and train new employees Test employees regularly to ensure company expectations are constantly being met Schedule employees according to season and demand (Busy season, back-to-school season, holidays, etc) Carry out company standards and expectations on every shift On-call Ensures all employees are working in a comfortable environment Handles all HR situations between employees with neutral standing Progressive interview style to accurately hire suitable employees based on personality, attitude, and behavior Maintain organized with all paperwork and able to present any information regarding store at any given moment Handles situations where employees are placed in a high-stressed situation Sizzling Lunch is growing and we are searching for talented individuals that want to be part of our fantastic team.
