Customer Service:

Greeting customers, assisting with fueling their vehicles, answering questions about products or services, handling transactions, and resolving customer complaints or concerns in a polite and professional manner. 2.

Cash Handling:

Operating cash registers, handling cash transactions, and accurately counting and reconciling cash at the beginning and end of shifts. 3.

Fuel Pump Operation:

Monitoring fuel levels, activating fuel pumps for customers, and ensuring safe and efficient fuel dispensing. 4.

Merchandising:

Stocking and organizing shelves, maintaining inventory levels of convenience store items (snacks, beverages, cigarettes, etc.), pricing products, and ensuring a clean and presentable store environment. 5.

Safety and Maintenance:

Conducting routine safety checks, following safety protocols, identifying and reporting any equipment malfunctions or potential hazards, and maintaining cleanliness standards at the gas station premises. 6.

Record-Keeping:

Recording fuel sales, inventory levels, and other relevant data accurately and timely. 7.

Shift Duties:

Opening or closing the gas station, depending on the assigned shift, which may involve tasks such as preparing the cash register, cleaning the store, or restocking inventory. 8.

Compliance:

Adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines, such as those related to fuel handling, safety, age-restricted sales, and tobacco sales. 9.

Teamwork:

Collaborating with other employees and supervisors, communicating effectively, and assisting colleagues when needed.
