Stocker / Cashier

Duties Stock shelves efficiently by organizing products, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring displays are attractive and fully stocked Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions quickly and accurately, handling cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments with professionalism Assist customers by answering questions about products, offering product demos when appropriate, and guiding them through their shopping experience Upsell related items or promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring all merchandise is properly labeled and displays are tidy Support merchandising efforts by setting up promotional displays and restocking shelves as needed Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when taking inquiries or assisting customers remotely Requirements Prior experience with POS systems or cashiering is preferred but not required; training will be provided Supervising experience in retail or customer service roles is a plus Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers and team members Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and making change accurately Experience in grocery stores or similar retail environments is advantageous Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including weekends and evenings Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail setting!
