Job Responsibilities:

Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude and provide outstanding customer service Take customer orders accurately in person, over the phone, and through online ordering systems Prepare pizzas, salads, wings, sandwiches, and other menu items according to Marco's quality standards Ensure every order is accurate, fresh, and prepared in a timely manner Operate the cash register and process cash/credit card transactions accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment at all times Restock ingredients, boxes, sauces, beverages, and other supplies as needed Assist with food prep, dough handling, make line setup, and cut table duties Support opening, shift change, and closing responsibilities Follow all food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and company procedures Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations Handle customer concerns professionally and help create positive guest experiences Assist with keeping the dining area, restrooms, kitchen, and prep stations clean and presentable Work efficiently during busy lunch, dinner, weekends, and promotional rush periods

Requirements:

Must be at least 16+ years old (adjust if needed) Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods Strong multitasking and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while staying calm and focused Fast learner with the ability to follow instructions and adapt quickly Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business hours Previous restaurant, pizza, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate
