Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality and is committed to providing every guest with an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet all customers warmly and create a welcoming environment Accurately take and process guest orders using a Point of Sale (POS) system Engage in suggestive selling to enhance the guest experience and drive sales Assist customers with menu inquiries and provide thoughtful recommendations Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction Take orders in person and over the phone for pickup and delivery Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked cashier and service area Support product presentation by keeping display cases clean, attractive, and fully stocked

Qualifications & Experience:

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
