We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Back of House Team Member to join our team. This position is primarily a kitchen role; however, all team members are expected to assist with front-of-house operations during the final hours of service. Candidates should be comfortable interacting with customers and operating a cash register when needed. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards Cook and prepare pierogi, kielbasa, schnitzel, and other menu items Maintain food quality and consistency Follow food safety and sanitation standards Stock and organize kitchen inventory Receive and properly store deliveries Wash dishes and maintain a clean work environment Complete opening and closing kitchen duties Assist with customer service and cashier responsibilities during the final 1-2 hours of service each day Operate the POS system and process customer transactions when assigned Work closely with both kitchen and front-of-house staff Requirements Ability to communicate effectively in English Polish language skills preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs Restaurant, kitchen, or food preparation experience preferred Willingness to assist with front-of-house duties as needed What We Offer Starting pay of $19.00-$22.00 per hour based on experience Opportunities for raises and advancement Stable full-time employment Supportive team environment Training provided Employee meals and discounts Schedule Primarily afternoon and evening shifts Closing availability required Weekend availability required To Apply Please submit your resume and include a brief description of your restaurant or kitchen experience.
