Full-Time / Part-Time About Jawny's Jawny's is a fast-growing food brand specializing in authentic Philly cheesesteaks, wings, and crave-worthy comfort food. We are creating a modern fast-casual experience focused on quality food, speed, hospitality, and providing every guest with an amazing experience. We are looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic Cashier / Front Counter Team Members to join our team and help create a great experience for every customer. Job Summary The Cashier / Front Counter Team Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately taking orders, handling payments, preparing guest orders, and maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, stays positive in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in representing the Jawny's brand. Responsibilities Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude Take customer orders accurately through POS system Answer menu questions and provide recommendations Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately Prepare and package customer orders for dine-in, pickup, and delivery Ensure orders are complete and meet Jawny's quality standards Communicate effectively with kitchen team members Maintain a clean and organized front counter, dining area, and customer areas Restock supplies including drinks, packaging, and front counter items Assist with opening and closing duties Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures Help create a fast, friendly, and welcoming guest experience Qualifications Previous cashier, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred but not required Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to stand for extended periods Employment Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must be able to provide required employment eligibility documentation as required by federal law What We Offer Competitive pay Employee meal discounts Uniform provided Opportunities for advancement as Jawny's expands to additional locations A fun, team-focused environment Growth opportunities for employees who want to develop into leadership roles Join the Jawny's team and be part of building a fast-growing Philly cheesesteak brand.
