What You'll Be Doing:

Because we are primarily a takeout business, attention to detail is our top priority. Our orders involve various components and separate items—it is critical that every order is double-checked and packed perfectly.

Order Management:

Efficiently handle walk-in, phone, and third-party delivery orders (UberEats, DoorDash, GrubHub).

Precision Packing:

Assemble salads, assist cooks, and pack complex catering orders (EzCater, ZeroCater) with 100% accuracy.

Customer Interaction:

Greet regulars, process payments via Toast POS, run food to customer vehicles, and answer customer inquiries.

Coordination:

Act as a helpful point of contact for delivery drivers, vendors, and coworkers.

Physical Requirements:

This can be physically demanding role. You must be able to stand for long periods, move quickly, and lift up to 40 lbs , including lifting items above your head.

Workplace Integrity:

We understand that people partake in substances outside of work, but we are very strict that you must be fully sober for the entirety of your shift. This is for everyone's safety.

Experience:

Previous restaurant experience is required. Familiarity with Toast POS and third-party delivery platforms is a major plus.

The Basics:

Reliable, energetic, and tech-savvy (smartphones/basic internet). And don't forget to let us know if you have a valid Food Handler Card!

NOTE:

We are looking to extend our current hours of 10:30am-5pm and would appreciate if you had availability to 8pm. Overtime allowed.
