Job Title:

Cashier (Graveyard Shift) - ampm Position Summary The Graveyard Cashier (Guest Service Representative) is responsible for executing the Store Operating System and Game Plans overnight to deliver a safe, clean, and consistent guest experience. This role plays a critical part in loss prevention, incident awareness, and operational readiness for the morning team. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Service Deliver a consistent, friendly, and fast guest experience aligned with brand standards Greet every guest and maintain a professional, service-focused attitude at all times Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary Store Execution Complete and document assigned Game Plans and overnight task checklists Ensure execution of all store standards, merchandising, and cleanliness expectations Maintain full readiness for morning shift (stocked, faced, clean, and organized store) Follow all company policies, procedures, and operating standards Safety, Security & Incident Awareness Maintain a high level of awareness for theft, robbery risk, and suspicious activity Follow all cash handling, safe procedures, and loss prevention protocols Immediately report incidents, safety concerns, or policy violations per company expectations Ensure proper lighting, visibility, and store security throughout the shift Operational Duties Accurately process transactions (cash, card, digital payments) Restock coolers, shelves, and high-demand overnight items Maintain fresh food and beverage stations (coffee, roller grill, etc.) Complete required cleaning tasks (sales floor, restrooms, forecourt as assigned) Accountability & Compliance Adhere to job description expectations and assigned responsibilities at all times Complete all assigned tasks fully—no carryover without communication Follow age-restricted sales policies (alcohol, tobacco, etc.) with no exceptions Support store audit readiness and compliance with company standards Required Qualifications Ability to work independently on overnight (graveyard) shift Strong reliability, attendance, and punctuality Previous cashier or retail experience preferred Ability to follow direction and execute tasks without direct supervision Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Physical Requirements Stand and move for extended periods Lift up to 25-50 lbs as needed Frequent bending, stocking, and cleaning tasks Work Environment Overnight operations with limited staffing Fast-paced environment requiring strong self-direction High focus on safety, shrink control, and operational execution Key Success Factors (Region 100 Priorities)
