In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while ensuring the smooth operation of the gas station. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with fuel purchases, managing retail sales, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions. Assist customers with fuel dispensing and ensure safety protocols are followed. Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels for convenience store products. Conduct product demonstrations to promote new items or special offers. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness of the gas station premises, including fueling areas and restrooms. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Supervise other staff members as needed, ensuring adherence to company policies. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service . Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures. Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances customer interactions. Basic knowledge of stock management and merchandising techniques is a plus. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
