The role involves greeting customers, taking food orders, handling payments, and ensuring guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced, casual restaurant environment. Duties Greet customers with a welcoming attitude Take food and drink orders accurately at the counter or register Process cash and card payments using the POS system Answer customer questions about the menu and make recommendations when needed Ensure orders are entered correctly and delivered to the kitchen promptly Keep the counter, register, and front area clean and organized Assist with packaging food for dine-in and takeout orders Support the team with restocking supplies and light cleaning as needed Experience Previous restaurant or cashier experience preferred but not required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Positive attitude and team player Must be reliable and punctual Join us and be part of a growing restaurant where your role helps create a positive first impression for every guest.
