Overview Join our dynamic retail team as a Stocker/Cashier, where you'll play a vital role in creating an engaging shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring products are organized, properly labeled, and replenished regularly to maintain an inviting store environment Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for cash, credit, and digital payments while handling cash with integrity and precision Assist customers with product inquiries, providing friendly guidance and upselling opportunities to enhance their shopping experience Conduct product demos when applicable, showcasing features and benefits to encourage sales and customer engagement Maintain merchandising standards by arranging displays that are attractive, accessible, and aligned with store guidelines Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the sales floor, stockroom, and checkout areas at all times Communicate effectively with team members regarding stock levels, customer needs, or potential issues using clear phone etiquette and teamwork skills Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures to process transactions efficiently Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional phone etiquette Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks related to stocking and merchandising Supervising experience or leadership qualities are advantageous for supporting team operations and product demos Join us in delivering outstanding service while developing your retail expertise!
