Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Truck Part Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the friendly face at the checkout counter, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing sales transactions. Your enthusiasm and product knowledge will help customers find the right truck parts, answer their questions, and ensure a smooth purchasing experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment dedicated to supporting the trucking industry. Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with truck parts and accessories Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and clear communication Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling procedures with accuracy and integrity Support inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and reporting low inventory levels Experience Must have Previous retail sales experience at a truck dealers parts department or truck part related sales job. Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse customers effectively Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic math for transaction accuracy Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create positive interactions Ability to perform retail math calculations confidently for sales totals and discounts
