Take and prepare orders. Provide quick, efficient, and welcoming service. Keep store clean and organized. Keep up with production as needed for novelties such as ice cream cakes, ice cream cupcakes, waffle cones, etc. Preform opening/closing duties. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service to create a welcoming atmosphere Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations Prepare simple orders items following safety and sanitation standards, including food handling Upsell menu items to enhance sales and maximize revenue opportunities through effective suggestive selling techniques Maintain cleanliness of the service area, dining space, and kitchen stations to ensure food safety and sanitation compliance Fully stock and prepare ice cream cakes, ice cream sandwiches and cupcakes, promotional items, and waffle cones Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping others Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and retail math calculations Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Experience working in cafés, grocery stores, or restaurants is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift moderate weights, and perform physical tasks associated with food service Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering quality food and outstanding customer experiences.
