Front-of-House Primary Purpose:

Deliver fast, accurate, friendly service at the register, maintain order accuracy, and create a welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and take orders quickly and accurately using POS
• Upsell add-ons (drinks, sides, extras) and manage cash/card transactions
• Communicate orders to the kitchen and ensure correct packaging
• Maintain clean, stocked front counter and dining area
• Resolve simple guest issues and escalate when needed
• Follow food safety and cash-handling procedures

Qualifications:

• Friendly, energetic, and customer-service oriented
• Comfortable using POS systems (training provided)
• Able to stand for long shifts and work evenings/weekends
• Prior fast-casual or retail experience preferred but not required

Pay:

$16.90
