Cashier

• Overview:

• We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment.

As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a seamless dining experience. As a Cashier you will be responsible for preparing greeting guests, delivering exceptional service, making drinks, and maintaining a clean and inviting restaurant.

• Duties:

• Operate a cash register and handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.

Assist customers with product inquiries, answer questions, and make recommendations when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, following all health safety code and company protocols. Demonstrate basic math skills, including calculating change and handling cash and credit transactions. Utilize excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Precision and attention to detail when preparing food products. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, utilizing strong phone etiquette. Use a point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions and track orders Follow all store policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling, customer service, food safety, and inventory management.

• Experience:

• Prior experience working in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred. Previous experience with POS systems is also a plus. Ability to lift and carry heavy items, as well as stand for long periods of time. Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Food Handlers Card required
