Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pizza Sandwich and Cashier! This energetic role combines the excitement of food preparation with the fast-paced environment of a quick service restaurant. Duties Prepare pizza sandwiches and other menu items efficiently, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and upsell menu items to enhance their dining experience Handle cash transactions, perform cash handling duties, and give correct change using basic math skills Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food prep areas, dining space, and cashier stations in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with food handling tasks like bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring quick turnaround during busy hours Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or a quick service & fast food restaurant is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Ability to perform food handling duties safely and follow sanitation standards diligently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications Experience in the food industry, café setting, or grocery store environment is advantageous Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in the food industry while delivering memorable guest experiences.
