Job Description
Overview We are excited to welcome you to join our team as Cashier for morning and afternoon shifts. We have full and part time available. We are looking for friendly and outgoing cashiers to welcome customers by providing exceptional service, efficient transactions, preparing beverages and serving. This position offers a great opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, energetic setting. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a friendly, professional manner Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently Handle cash, credit card payments, and food handling with precision and integrity Maintain cleanliness throughout counter area and eating area Prepare beverages and run food to customers Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards Skills Previous experience in food preparation, cashiering, or food service roles preferred Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy shifts Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Experience working in restaurant/cafe is preferred Ability to work effectively in a a restaurant/cafe with attention to detail in serving customers and maintaining cleanliness Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
