We need full time morning cashiers and fry cooks. This person must have elite customer service and organization skills. We are a very busy restaurant so ability to multitask and complete orders with customers is mandatory, You are representing a very popular brand that is expanding through the bay area so ELITE personality, friendliness, and customer service is required. Must work 5 Days of the following schedule Monday-Wednesday 10am-4pm Thursday-Sunday 10am-5pm Job Summary We are looking for a friendly and reliable Cashier to join our retail team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing excellent customer service while efficiently handling transactions. The ideal candidate is approachable, detail-oriented, and eager to create a positive shopping experience for all customers. If you enjoy engaging with people and have a knack for multitasking, this position is perfect for you! Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a courteous manner. Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision and integrity. Maintain knowledge of store products to assist with product demos and upselling opportunities. Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Support merchandising efforts by stocking shelves and ensuring products are properly displayed. Provide friendly phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or assisting via phone. Skills Previous cashiering experience in a retail or grocery store environment is preferred. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to perform retail math quickly and confidently during busy hours. Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases. Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures. Experience in supervising or training new team members is advantageous but not required.
