Overview Join our BOTG team as a Cashier/Line Prep and become a vital part of delivering exceptional food service experiences! In this energetic role, you will handle customer transactions with enthusiasm, ensure quick and accurate food preparation, and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Duties Greet customers warmly and process transactions efficiently using square POS. Help Prepare bowls according to established steps and safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation Manage cash handling accurately while upselling menu items to enhance sales and customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work stations, including food prep areas, counters, and dining spaces Assist with food safety protocols, proper food handling, and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations Support food service operations by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring smooth kitchen flow Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by addressing guest inquiries promptly and professionally Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or a quick service & fast food restaurant environment is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work effectively in a team within a fast-paced restaurant or café setting Culinary experience or restaurant background is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential Join us if you're passionate about delivering great food and memorable customer experiences!
