Pro Shop Attendant

We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pro Shop Attendant. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to golfers and bar guests while ensuring smooth daily operations of the pro shop and reservation systems. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Greet golfers and check them in for tee times Answer questions about the course, rates, and policies Schedule and manage tee times Sell merchandise Operate cash register and POS system Track and maintain rental items and inventory items Stock shelves and organize displays Keep area clean and presentable Serve Drinks to golfers before, during and after their round

Qualifications:

Good work ethic, reliability as well as an eye for detail Math skills for cash handling and processing transactions Knowledge of golf equipment and rules preferred Weekend and evening availability as well as some holidays. Ability to maintain calm in a busy environment. Valid Drivers License, and reliable transportation to and from work. Current California TIPS certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Physical Requirements:

Be able to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift Ability to lift, carry, and move 50 pounds alone. Ability to perform frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching throughout the shift Manual dexterity to type, write, and use a computer Ability to respond to visual and audible queues Ability to read computer screens and tee sheets
