Duties Greet customers with enthusiasm, take their orders accurately, and process payments using Clover POS systems. Prepare food items efficiently, following established recipes and safety guidelines to ensure quality and consistency. Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, making change, and balancing registers at shift end. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food prep areas, including proper food handling and bussing tables or counters as needed. Assist with food safety protocols, including proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients. Support team members by performing basic kitchen tasks such as prepping ingredients, cleaning workstations, and restocking supplies. Experience Previous experience in food preparation or food service roles within quick service or fast-food restaurants is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover is highly advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently. Experience working in a retail or grocery store environment is a plus, especially involving cashiering or serving roles.
