Qualifications Previous cashiering experience in a retail or grocery store environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are a plus. Experience in supervising or mentoring team members is an advantage but not mandatory. Ability to stand for extended periods, perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately, and maintain a positive attitude throughout your shift.
