Job Description
Position Overview Upstate Pizzeria is looking for friendly, energetic, and professional Counter Service Cashier to join our opening team. As the face and voice of Upstate Pizzeria, you'll be responsible for creating a great first impression — whether answering the phone or greeting customers at the counter. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys interacting with people and takes pride in delivering excellent service. Responsibilities Answer phones promptly and professionally Accurately take customer orders Enter orders into POS system Handle cash and credit card transactions Greet walk-in customers with a friendly demeanor Package and hand off completed orders Maintain a clean and organized front counter area Assist team members during busy periods Help with light cleaning and side work during downtime Requirements Friendly and professional communication skills Strong attention to detail when taking orders Comfortable handling cash and card payments Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation Ability to stand for extended periods Team-oriented mindset What We're Looking For We want someone who: Brings positive energy to every shift Goes above and beyond for customers Solves problems calmly and professionally Works well under pressure Takes pride in representing the Pizza Bravo brand If you naturally smile when greeting people and enjoy creating great customer experiences, we'd love to meet you.
