Us too! and we're looking to expand the Lucky's Market family. (We're hiring!) Now seeking part time Cashiers, weekend availability is a must: paid time off and a sweet in-store discount. Responsibilities include sharing a love for food and a passion for inspiring our customers on all things food. Must appreciate the stress, joy and satisfaction of engaging with customers. Team player attitude and a love for people partnered with the ability to work a flexible schedule are requirements for this position!

Responsibilities:

• Receives payment by cash, check, credit cards, gift cards, or automatic debits.
• Issues receipts, refunds, credits, rain checks or change due to customers.
• Operates cash register by passing price coded items across electronic scanner to record price, enter in PLU or UPC manually, compile printed list, and display cost of customer purchase, tax, and rebates on monitor screen.
• Greets customers entering store and responds promptly to customer needs.
• Maintains clean and orderly checkout areas and make sure no personal items are in the area.
• Issues coupons and rain checks.
• Other duties as assigned.
