We are a small owned restaurant, we are looking for hardworking and lively people. We make the attemt to be "Fast Food" by using a drive thourgh, but over all we are more restaurant style pace.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their orders and inquiries on both front of the house and drive thrugh
• Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
• Making and preparing teas/ drinks
• Packaging up food orders and materials for orders
• Maintain a clean and organized area
• Process returns and exchanges following company policies
• Assist with inventory, including restocking diferent stations and monitoring stock levels
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Professional phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders
