Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service to ensure a positive experience. Handle cash, credit, and electronic payments accurately and securely. Manage point-of-sale systems for efficient transaction processing during busy periods. Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders and serving guests when needed. Support event management activities by coordinating guest arrivals and providing information. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, employing conflict management skills to maintain satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and surrounding areas to uphold hygiene standards. Skills Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles, preferably in a resort or food service environment. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills for public speaking and engaging with diverse guests, including children. Ability to manage conflicts calmly and effectively while maintaining a positive attitude. Experience in events management or working with large groups is a plus. Lifeguard experience is desirable for roles involving poolside or aquatic activities.
