Responsibilities Greet customers as they enter the store and provide a positive first impression. Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash and credit payments. Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, directing calls as needed. Assist with receptionist duties including managing the front desk and customer inquiries. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area. Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies. Provide general assistance to customers and support other team members as needed. Skills & Qualifications Previous experience as a cashier, receptionist, or phone operator preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to answer phones professionally and manage multiple lines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
