Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales through effective suggestive selling techniques. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols. Assist with basic food service duties including serving, food prep support, and food industry best practices. Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure quick service, proper order accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Background in food service, cashiering, or retail math helps in managing transactions efficiently. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and basic math skills are essential for success in this role.
