Retail Cashier

Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present & answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude & a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied & you will contribute to the store's profitability. Pay is commensurate with experience & retail sales experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

Greet and direct customers Provide accurate information (e.g. •product features, pricing and after-sales services) Answer customers' questions about specific products/services Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing Cross-sell products Run register and ring out products Manage returns of merchandise Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times) Inform customers about discounts and special offers Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager Stay up-to-date with new products/services Work/life balance: This position is with a team that respects your life outside of work. What to expect:

You'll work directly with customers welcoming them and helping them find everything necessary to complete their project in one trip. Like working in a fast-paced and fun environment? We are high energy so time will fly. You'll be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours). You must lift up to 50 lbs.
