Concession Crew Lead will support teams and deliver a great guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. In this role you will support and motivate team members, ensure food safety and quality standards are met, and keep service running smoothly during busy events. Key Responsibilities:
Open and close concession stands according to company procedures Prepare and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts Supervise and direct concession staff during operations Assign tasks and ensure employees remain productive and customer-focused Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed Ensure accurate cash handling and proper transaction procedures Train and support new employees on policies and procedures Communicate effectively with management regarding operational needs or issues Rate of pay: $20.00 / hour

High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
