Responsibilities Greet guests warmly as they place carry-out orders, providing friendly and attentive service. Accurately process payments using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring smooth transactions. Answer phone inquiries promptly with professional phone etiquette, taking orders and providing information. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and communicate any special requests or dietary needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and order pickup area to uphold high standards of guest service. Assist with guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Experience Prior host/hostess experience or food service background preferred, especially within a restaurant or hospitality environment. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Previous hotel or guest services experience is a plus, demonstrating excellent guest relations skills. Familiarity with restaurant operations, serving procedures, and phone etiquette enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
