You will oversee cashier functions, inventory control, and team supervision, creating a welcoming environment that encourages customer loyalty and operational excellence. Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily store operations, including managing shifts and ensuring efficient workflow. Oversee cashier functions, including cash handling, POS transactions, and balancing registers accurately. Manage inventory control through purchasing, stocking, merchandising, and inventory management systems. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a friendly store atmosphere. Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills in sales management, merchandising, and customer engagement. Implement sales strategies and marketing initiatives to boost retail sales and meet store targets. Maintain organizational standards by monitoring store cleanliness, safety protocols, and compliance with company policies. Skills Strong leadership skills with proven experience in supervising teams within a retail environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and handle customer interactions professionally. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customer bases. Proficiency in POS systems, retail math, cash handling, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and inventory management software. Demonstrated expertise in retail sales techniques, pricing strategies, merchandising, and stock replenishment. Experience with employee orientation, training & development programs, and interviewing prospective staff members. Sound organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple responsibilities such as budgeting, purchasing, and shift management. Knowledge of wireless sales or grocery store operations is a plus but not required.
