Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Greets customers as soon as they walk through the door Provides patrons with accurate wait time estimates during busy period Maintains a neat, organized front-of-house environment Seats guests and takes initial drink orders as needed to ensure ideal speed of service Introduces guests to their servers Assists with opening/closing tasks and side work as needed Ensures knowledge with food and beverage menu Rotates seating between different stations to ensure even workloads for wait staff Answers phones and schedules reservations for large parties Inspects dining facilities to ensure cleanliness and buss as necessary Folds silverware to keep up with guest demands Sanitizes all areas as needed Answers customers questions accurately and professionally Attends to all guest needs with continuous follow up in communication Creates kid packets Assists with food running as needed Assists with resetting dining room before and after shift Ensures seating log is accurate at all times Performs other related duties as assigned

Experience and Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree(GED) Previous experience helpful
Physical Demands:
To perform the essential job functions in this position it may require rigorous activity; grasping, writing, pushing, pulling, standing for long periods, walking, walking up and down stairs carrying heavy trays, bending, stretching, repetitive motions, hearing, visual acuity, and may on occasion have to lift and carry up to 30/40 pounds.
Work Environment:
This associate must be able to work in hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods of time. The individual frequently works in an outdoor climate.
