Job Description
We are looking for Overnight Gate Attendants to manage all incoming and outgoing customer traffic accurately and efficiently. Gate attendants primarily monitor traffic but do have some Cashier responsibilities, including receiving payments and issuing receipts for admissions. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service position and good knowledge of how cash registers operate. You should be available to take weekend shifts. Responsibilities Checking passes as guests enter and leave park Manage transactions with customers using cash registers Collect payments whether in cash or credit Issue tickets Greet customers when entering or leaving the park Maintain clean and tidy work areas Skills Team collaboration Work experience as a retail cashier or in a similar role in sales Basic PC knowledge Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS Strong communication and time management skills Customer satisfaction-oriented Must have your own transportation and availability to work nights, holidays and weekends.
