Responsibilities including but not limited to: Operate the POS system efficiently to process customer transactions. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash register. Assist in food preparation including serving pastries and gelato as needed, demonstrating knowledge of menu items. Basic barista skills. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
