Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service throughout their visit Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient transactions Prepare and assemble food items according to established standards, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation at all times Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties with precision and integrity Maintain food safety standards by following proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene procedures Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Ensure the restaurant remains clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations at all times Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
