Duties Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and process transactions efficiently using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems Handle cash, credit card payments, and cash handling procedures with precision and integrity Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling pizzas, toppings, and side items to ensure quick service delivery Promote menu items through upselling techniques to maximize sales and enhance customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of the front counter area, including bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring proper food handling practices Support food safety standards by adhering to sanitation protocols, proper food storage, and hygiene practices Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order completion and smooth restaurant operations Requirements Previous experience in food service, cashiering, or retail math is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; training will be provided if needed Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking between cashier duties and food prep support Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and performing sales upselling Familiarity with food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures in a quick service or restaurant setting Experience in food preparation or kitchen environments is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn on the job is essential Join us to deliver exceptional service in a lively atmosphere where your energy makes a difference!
