- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase sales
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, including bussing tables and cleaning spills
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Skills:
- Sales skills to effectively promote menu items and upsell to customers
- Food service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Ability to bus tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Basic math skills for calculating totals, making change, and handling cash transactions
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
