Panama Pizzeria is hiring a Counter / To-Go / Packaging / Cashier Team Member. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized person to help with customer service, takeout orders, packaging food, and cashier duties. This position is important because you are often the first and last person our customers interact with. We need someone who can stay calm during busy times, communicate clearly, and help keep orders accurate and moving quickly. This is a great position for someone who enjoys working with people, likes a fast-paced restaurant environment, and takes pride in being dependable.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional way Take customer orders at the counter and over the phone Enter orders accurately into the POS system Package to-go orders neatly and correctly Double-check orders before handing them to customers or delivery drivers Handle payments and cashier duties Help keep the counter, drink area, and to-go station clean and stocked Communicate with the kitchen team about orders and special requests Help answer basic customer questions about the menu Assist with side work, cleaning, and closing duties when needed Provide great customer service during both slow and busy shifts

Qualifications:

Must be reliable and show up on time Must have a friendly and positive attitude Must be comfortable talking with customers Must be able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment Must be organized and detail-oriented Must be able to stand for long periods of time Cashier, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay:

Competitive pay based on experience, plus tips.

Schedule:

Full-time and part-time positions may be available. Flexible scheduling may be available based on experience and availability.
