Job Description

As a Hardees Cashier - Pensacola, you'll help deliver friendly service, high-quality food, and a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. What You'll Do Create Great Guest Experiences Welcome every guest with energy, friendliness, and professionalism Take orders quickly and accurately using our POS system Answer menu questions and help guests find favorites Recommend add-ons, beverages, and featured items to enhance each visit Thank guests sincerely and invite them to return Prepare & Deliver Orders Assemble orders accurately and efficiently Double-check food quality and order accuracy before serving Ensure guests receive their meals quickly and correctly Maintain attention to detail during busy shifts Handle Payments & Transactions Process cash and card payments accurately Provide correct change and receipts Maintain speed and accuracy while handling transactions Keep the Restaurant Clean & Organized Maintain clean dining, service, and beverage areas throughout each shift Restock cups, lids, condiments, napkins, and supplies as needed Clean tables, floors, and restrooms regularly Respond quickly to spills or guest needs Support the Team Work together with teammates to keep operations running smoothly Jump in where needed during busy periods Communicate clearly with coworkers and management Help create a positive, respectful work environment Follow Safety & Quality Standards Follow food safety, sanitation, and security procedures Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards Help ensure a safe environment for guests and team members What We're Looking For Friendly, positive attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable and willing to learn Attention to detail and sense of urgency Customer service or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required Why You'll Love Working Here Operation Hours only go until 3PM - free nights & afternoons!
